How it works

  1. 1

    Open Communications on any property

Every property has its own Communications tab, next to Comparables, Refurb and Deal Analysis. Your drafts live with the deal they belong to, instead of being scattered across your inbox.

  2. 2

Pick a type and a format

There are five types, covering the usual back-and-forth with an agent: offer, revised offer, viewing request, follow-up and general enquiry. Choose email, which includes a subject line, or a formal letter, which starts straight into the body.

  3. 3

    Confirm the cost first

A draft costs 5 credits, and you are always asked before anything is charged. The confirmation shows the cost, your current balance and what you will have left, so a stray click cannot spend your credits. If the AI call fails, the credits are put back.

  4. 4

The draft uses the property’s own details

It is written from the record in front of you — the address, asking price, bedrooms and listing description. So the offer names the right property at the right money, rather than handing you a template to fill in.

  5. 5

Refine it as many times as you need

Type an instruction such as “make it more formal and mention we are cash buyers”. The draft is rewritten with the whole conversation in view, so each change builds on the last instead of starting over. Each refinement costs 2 credits and is confirmed the same way.

  6. 6

Edit, save and copy it out

The subject and body stay fully editable by hand. The AI gives you a starting point, not a locked document. Save your changes, copy the finished text with one click, and the draft stays on the property for next time.

AI-drafted communications run on credits: 50 a month with Pro, 200 with Max. At 5 credits a draft and 2 a refinement, a Pro month covers ten drafts, or about seven drafts with a refinement each — and credit packs start at £5 if you need more.
