1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Agent Estate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Description of Service

Agent Estate provides an AI-powered property deal management platform that allows users to track, analyze, and manage property investment opportunities. The service includes property data extraction, deal tracking, and collaboration features.

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

Create an account using valid authentication methods
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
Interfere with or disrupt the service
Upload malicious code or content
Scrape or collect data from the service without permission
Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Agent Estate and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you input into the service.

6. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on the monthly or annual cadence you select at checkout. Payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), our Merchant of Record, who collect applicable taxes (UK VAT, EU VAT, US sales tax) on our behalf.

Refunds: all paid subscriptions are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. After the 14-day window, no refunds are issued, but you can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period. Full details in our Refund Policy.

Auto-renewal:subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from the customer portal in your account settings. Failed renewals trigger Paddle's standard dunning process and, after multiple failed attempts, your subscription is paused and you revert to the free Basic tier until payment is restored.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Property data extracted by our AI may contain inaccuracies and should be independently verified before making investment decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent Estate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
