To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentic Estates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination.
