How do refunds work?

All paid subscriptions are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. After the 14-day window, no refunds are issued, but you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of your billing period. Full details on our Refund Policy page.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Account → Billing and click Manage subscription. You will be taken to our customer portal where you can cancel auto-renewal in one click. You keep access until the end of your current paid period.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, who collects applicable taxes (UK VAT, EU VAT, US sales tax) on our behalf.

What is included in my plan?

Basic is free with the core toolkit and up to 10 properties. Pro (£40/mo) and Max (£90/mo) add AI-drafted communications and higher fair-use limits. Team (£200–£500/mo) adds shared workspaces and seat-banded pricing. Enterprise offers SSO and custom contracts. See our pricing page for the full feature breakdown.

What are AI credits and how do they work?

AI credits power the highest-cost features (drafting communications with Claude). Core features — scraping, comparables, deal analysis — are free for all tiers within fair-use limits. Pro includes 50 credits/month, Max includes 200. Need more? Top up with a credit pack from £5.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes. Annual saves 20% versus paying monthly. Switch any time from the customer portal — changes are prorated immediately for upgrades or take effect at the end of your current period for downgrades.
