Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your Agent Estate subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No questions asked.

1. Eligibility

The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to:

  • Your first paid subscription on the Pro, Max, or Team plan.
  • Both monthly and annual billing periods.
  • The initial payment only. Renewal payments after the 14-day window are non-refundable.

2. After the 14-day window

After 14 days, no refunds are issued. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal and you will retain access to your paid plan until the end of your current billing period. At that point, your account automatically reverts to the free Basic tier; all your data is preserved.

3. Pay-as-you-go credit packs

Pay-as-you-go credit packs are delivered immediately when purchased and are non-refundable once they appear in your account. In exceptional cases (such as duplicate billing or a clearly faulty purchase), we will refund the cost of unspent credits at our discretion. Already-spent credits cannot be refunded.

4. Pay-per-feature purchases

One-off feature unlocks (e.g. a single feasibility report) are non-refundable once the output has been generated and delivered.

5. Annual plans

Annual plans are billed upfront at the discounted rate. If you request a refund within the 14-day window, you will receive a full refund of the annual payment. After 14 days, the annual payment is non-refundable, but you can cancel auto-renewal at any time so you are not charged again at the end of the term.

6. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your Agent Estate account, including:

  • The plan you subscribed to (Pro, Max, or Team).
  • The date of your first payment.
  • The reason for your refund request (optional but helpful for us to improve the product).

We aim to process eligible refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Paddle, our payment processor.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK or EU law, including the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 where applicable.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to existing customers by email and apply only to payments made after the change takes effect.
