How it works

    Choose how you are adding the property

    Open the Add Property menu on your dashboard. There are three routes. Open Market is for Rightmove or Zoopla. Auction is for an auction lot page. Off-Market is for anything not publicly listed, which you type in yourself.

    Paste the link

    Paste the Rightmove or Zoopla link and Agent Estate works out which site it is. For an auction lot, paste the link to the lot page. You can leave the rest of the form blank — the address, name and property type all come back from the listing.

    Your property is saved straight away

    You do not wait on a spinner. The property is saved the moment you submit, and the import runs in the background. The page shows a placeholder and fills in as the details arrive.

    The details fill themselves in

    You get price, bedrooms, bathrooms, floor area, property type, tenure and lease length as separate fields, not one block of text. Auction lots also get the auction house, lot number and auction date. The main photo and the floorplan come across too, and the address is placed on your map.

    16 auction houses by name, and others too

    Allsop, Barnard Marcus, BidX1, BTG Eddisons, Connect UK, GoTo Properties, Harman Healy, IAM Sold, Knight Frank, LSH, McHugh & Co, Network Auctions, Pattinson, Savills, Strettons and Auction House London are all supported by name. For any other auction site, AI reads the page instead.

    You get a plain-English summary of the condition

    AI reads the description and the floorplan, then writes a short summary of the property: its layout, roughly how big it is, and how dated or updated it looks. That summary is saved, and the AI refurb interview starts from it, so you never begin from a blank page.

The auction form asks for one thing: the lot URL. Address, name and property type are optional because they are extracted from the listing.
